BUSCHBECK masonry barbecue fireplaces are made especially unique by their composite finished treated surfaces.
For the user, this means painting or rendering is no longer necessary after installation as with many other manufacturers products and that the fireplace will keep its noble appearance even after years of intensive use.
We place the same high demands on all other materials and components used as on the surfaces of our products. For instance, high-grade steel is used for the grill racks and, depending on the model, the metal jacketing on the mantelpieces are either made from pure sheet copper or stainless steel.
The double-partition constructional method used in BUSCHBECK masonry barbecue fireplaces allows the user to use not only CHARCOAL (in all its forms) but also WOOD – thus becoming an all year round outdoor barbecue fireplace. No need for the user to have both a barbecue and or chimenea or log pit, the BUSCHBECK masonry barbecue fireplace provides the all in one solution that will last for years and years at the same time as enhancing any garden setting.
5-Part Combustion Chamber
The special construction of the BUSCHBECK grilling fireplaces achieve an especially high degree of safety as only the refractory concrete parts of the fireplace come into contact with the open flames, and air constantly circulates between the outer skin and the 5-part combustion chamber area.
Manufactured in Germany
The Buschbeck factory in Waldbrol, Germany accords with the newest aspects of modern concrete prefabricated component production. Using specially developed machinery, manufactured in accordance with bespoke requirements, they produce both products they have developed themselves as well as prefabricated concrete parts based on customer specifications.
Their well-stocked and modern warehousing facilities cover a total area of ca. 15,000 sq. m enabling them to offer their worldwide customers short delivery lead times – even in peak periods. The structure and design of BUSCHBECK quality masonry barbecues are continually being re-engineered and developed further. All of their products undergo constant quality inspections throughout the production process because their/our customers’ satisfaction is of paramount importance.
Servicing the market in the United Kingdom, Buschbeck UK Ltd holds large stocks of product across the complete range whilst being continually replenished by the factory in Waldbrol. Deliveries of a product are typically made to the customer within 72 hours from receipt of order in partnership with our palletised transport provider. Home deliveries can be facilitated on behalf of customers and in addition, we can provide a “booking in” service to ensure deliveries are made with the minimum of inconvenience. Each Buschbeck masonry barbecue fireplace comes complete with all the materials necessary to complete assembly along with a comprehensive and easy to follow installation manual.
